Take the Leap.
SOLO TRAVEL GUIDANCE FOR WOMEN
Her Leap Year
Solo travel tips, tools and support for women starting a new chapter.
Solo travel after life's plot twists.
Maybe it was a breakup, a loss, burnout, a health scare, or a big life change. But, something inside of you has shifted.

You're ready to do something that's just for you.
You've always wanted to travel, but the idea of traveling alone is...a lot.

Is it safe? Is it selfish?

I get it. I asked myself all the same questions.

In 2018, after a particularly rough time in my life, I hopped on a flight to London by myself. And, it changed my world.

Solo travel is more than a vacation. It's one of the most powerful healing tools I know.

It helped me find my spark again when I thought I'd lost it.
Now, I help women do the same, by giving them the tools and support to create their own solo adventures.

I've been there. And, I can walk you through the messy parts and the magic, to help you make this journey your own.
Let's get started...

CURIOUS ABOUT MY STORY?
I'm Leah, and I've been traveling the world full-time since 2018...
Seriously. I live out of a single suitcase and have now lived in 30+ countries around the world.
But, I wasn't always a carefree world traveler. I was once a woman who cared way too much about what (she thought) people expected of her.

In 2017, my dad passed away far too young from ALS, and it shifted something in me. Life was too short to live a life I didn't love.

So, I got a divorce, sold nearly everything I owned and booked a one-way ticket to London by myself. I didn’t know what I’d find, but I knew I needed to do something that was just for me - no one else.

I loved solo travel so much, that I just kept going - from the medinas in Morocco to the ashrams of India, I've seen and experienced places that I used to just dream about.

And, in the process, reminded myself of just how strong, capable and brave I really am.
Solo travel changed my world. It healed me, challenged me, and helped me see the very best version of myself - one adventure at a time.

Now, I want to share that gift with you.
Leah
Here's what to expect...
Before the Session
Vision & Intention

What do you need most right now?

Once you purchase, you'll be able to choose a date on the calendar for our call. You'll then receive a pre-session questionnaire, so I can learn more about you.
The questionnaire will start with your story - where you are, what you’re moving through, and what you hope to find through solo travel.
We'll explore what your dream experience would look like, and begin to sketch out early ideas for destinations and timing (even if you have no clue where to start.)

During the Session
Planning & Prep
Let's turn your vision into a real plan.

We’ll get practical:

-
Narrow down your destination(s) and timing
-
Talk about a budget and find ways to make it work
-
Cover safety, logistics, and “what ifs”
-
I'll share my top tips for solo travel, community, and confidence
-
Address any fears, roadblocks or questions
You’ll leave this call with a step-by-step plan, and the confidence to book your solo trip.
Why Solo Travel?
I believe everyone should take a solo trip at least once in their life. It's one of the greatest gifts you'll ever give yourself.

Clarity on what you want: Being alone forces you to get clear on what you want. (Not what everyone else wants.) It gives you the freedom to do exactly what you want to do when you want to do it.
Build confidence in yourself: There's nothing in the world that'll make you feel more powerful than seeing the world alone. I'm convinced that if you can do that, you can do anything.
It's the ultimate mindfulness retreat: It's a chance to shut off your phone and just be with yourself. Read a book in a cafe, have a glass of wine on the beach, spend an afternoon people watching. Shut off social media, the news, the texts, and just be.
The excuse to try new things: There's something about traveling solo that opens you up to trying things that you've always wanted to do - maybe it's taking a cooking class in Italy or cycling in Vietnam. It's the perfect opportunity to find your new passion or reignite an old one.
Here's why

If you tend to be the caretaker, the people pleaser, the overthinker...
Whether your dream is to spend a weekend in Colorado alone, or spend a summer in Europe - I'll show you how to make it happen.

Solo travel is the ultimate in self-care.

The best part?

The things you learn about yourself while traveling solo will stick with you for the rest of your life. You'll come back feeling reenergized and more present. Or, if you're like me, it'll set you down a completely new path.

I didn't grow up traveling, or know anyone who had. I figured it all out on my own. I'm here to help you skip the "figuring it all out," and dive straight into the fun part.

Let's take the leap together.
I'm talking to you. 😉
It's time to invest in yourself.
Find your joy again.
